The Mindoro Journal of Social Sciences and Development Studies (MJSSDS), a peer-reviewed journal and the official publication of Occidental Mindoro State College, is still accepting submissions for Volume 2, Issue 2.

MJSSDS is published biannually and promotes research that strengthens the link between the social sciences and sustainable rural development. It is an interdisciplinary journal that welcomes diverse theoretical perspectives and methodological approaches relevant to rural societies and community development.

Researchers, faculty members, development practitioners, and graduate students are encouraged to submit original, unpublished manuscripts for consideration. Accepted contributions may include full-length research articles, theoretical papers, and critical reviews.

MJSSDS is released twice a year, in June and December. Submissions for Volume 2, Issue 2 remain open, with expected publication in December 2025.
